Acceptance

By visiting burnerorg.uk or using any related service (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

Accounts

You need an account to post requests or send offers. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The marketplace

BurnerOrg helps buyers and sellers find each other. Buyers post requests and sellers respond with offers. BurnerOrg is not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a seller, does not guarantee the quality, legality, price or delivery of anything offered, and is not responsible for what users post. Contact details are shared only after a buyer accepts an offer. Any deal you make from there is between you and the other party.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe the rights of others;
• post false or misleading requests or offers, or content you have no right to share;
• upload malware, send spam, or disrupt or probe the Service;
• scrape or copy the Service at scale without our written permission;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, design and text, belongs to BurnerOrg or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Anything you submit remains yours, and you give us the licence we need to operate the Service.

Availability and changes

The Service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice of significant changes.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BurnerOrg is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which BurnerOrg is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
